The following rules apply to the Clinelle Purifying #TRYme! Challenge 2020 (“Contest”), organized by Esthetics International Group Berhad (“The Organizer”). The Contest is governed by the terms and conditions (including any amendments made thereto by Esthetics International Group Berhad from time to time) herein contained (“Terms and Conditions”). By entering, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of The Organizer, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

1. Eligibility

This Contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged 15 and with a valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card except employees and immediate family members The Organizer, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.

2. Contest Rule

Step 1: Sign up here and redeem free samples

Step 2: Use the samples given for 7 days. Record your skin changes.

Step 3: Upload your skin transformation to Instagram, tag @myclinelle with the hashtag #TrymeClinelle

Contestants must set their Instagram profile to ‘Public’ in order to participate in this contest.

3. Contest Period

All entries must be uploaded to Instagram on or before 11:59pm, 31/12/2020.

4. Prizes

3x Clinelle Product Hamper (worth RM250 each)

5. Judging Details

The winners will be selected by a panel of judges. The selection criteria is based on the best transformation which meet below requirement: Participant’s face must be clearly visible in the picture submitted to Instagram with ‘before & after’ result.

6. Prize Claim/Delivery Date

Results of all Winners will be announced by end January 2021 on @myclinelle Instagram page.

All winners must follow the instructions provided in the winner announcements and contact The Organizer in order to claim their prizes. All prizes must be claimed within three [3] months of notification. Any prizes unclaimed after that period will be forfeited.

 

7. Contest Entries

• By submitting an entry to the contest, Participants are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

• All costs and expenses incurred and/or arising from the participation in the contest, including without limitation, telecommunications, network, Short Messaging Services, postal and all such other charges and out-of-pocket expenses as may be incurred by a Participant during or in connection with the Promotion shall be borne by the Participant.

• The Organizer is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telecommunications network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.

• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not meet the rules and regulations of the Contest. These include entries submitted with invalid or incorrect information.

• The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the contest including judging and selection of winners will be final, binding and conclusive on all Participants, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

 

8. Other Terms & Conditions

• By participating in the “Clinelle Purifying #TRYme! Challenge 2020”, You consent for Esthetics International Group Berhad and any of its holding, subsidiary or related and service providers, agents and contractors to process your personal information provided in the Instagram entry for purposes of the “Clinelle Purifying #TryMe! Challenge 2020”. This includes disclosing your name to the general public when you become a winner in a contest or participate in our events by publishing your name, photographs and other personal information without compensation for advertising and publicity purposes.

• The Organizer may also use your personal information for purposes of contacting and sending to you marketing and promotional information or materials about our products, services, samples, any promotions, events or contests organised by The Organizer.

• The Organizer may use a Participant’s entry including without limitation, photos, drawings, text, and any other content or information submitted for purposes of the contest (collectively the “Materials”), and the Participant’s name, and/or likeness, for advertising, publicity and promotion of any goods or services of The Organizer, for an unlimited time throughout the world without compensation, and in any media.

• The Participant agrees that all intellectual property rights in any contents and/or materials submitted, made or created by the Participant in connection with the contest and any derivative works arising therefrom will perpetually and unconditionally be vested in, assigned to and owned by The Organizer. The Organizer has the right to use and modify such materials or works in any way it deems fit without compensation to the Participant and the Participant waives all rights he/she may have in such materials or works.

• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the rules of the contest without prior notice.

• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash and may be subject to availability. The Organizer reserves the right to replace any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.

• The Organizer will not be liable to the winners for any loss, damage or personal injury in the process of joining the contest.

• By participating, the participant consents to the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the contest. The Organizer may add the personal information to its database, which is confidential and will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act. All data collected by The Organizer will be kept private and confidential.

• The Terms and Conditions of the Contest shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance the laws of Malaysia.
