The following rules apply to the Clinelle Purifying Serum Samples Giveaway 2020 (“Giveaway”), organized by Esthetics International Group Berhad (“The Organizer”). The Giveaway is governed by the terms and conditions (including any amendments made thereto by Esthetics International Group Berhad from time to time) herein contained (“Terms and Conditions”). By entering, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of The Organizer, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

 

1.Eligibility

This Giveawat is open to all Malaysian residents aged 15 and with a valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card except employees and immediate family members The Organizer, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.

3. Giveaway Period

30th Nov 2020 to 4th Dec 2020, at 11.59PM.

4. Items To Be Given Away

• Purifying Serum 3ml x 5pcs

• Blemish Clear 15ml x 1pc

Total 600 sets

Samples are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash prizes and non-refundable

 

5. Winner Selection

• Each entry submitted will be considered as ONE (1) submission. Any duplication of entries will be automatically disqualified.

• The selection of winners who will receive the samples will be at first come first served basis.

• The Organizer’s decisions in connection with this giveaway shall be final, conclusive and binding.

• Sample(s) shall be delivered directly to the pre-registered address of the winner(s) provided through the Clinelle Purifying Serum Samples Giveaway 2020 sampling page.

• If the participant is unable to provide full details, The Organizer reserves the right to select other winners based on the judging criteria.

• If the winner is unreachable, The Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner for the giveaway.

• Samples are to be sent out via courier and may take within 1-2 weeks after the period of giveaway ends depending on circumstances of uncontrollable situations.

6. Other Terms & Conditions

• Esthetics International Group Berhad will not be responsible for any technical errors that occur during Internet access, telecommunications networks or any prevention of entry to the giveaway.

• Esthetics International Group Berhad reserves the right to amend the prizes, in the event of any changes without prior notice.

• Esthetics International Group Berhad will not be liable to the winners for any loss, damage or personal injury in the process of joining the giveaway.

• Esthetics International Group Berhad will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

• By participating, the participant consents to the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the Giveaway. Esthetics International Group Berhad may add the personal information to its database, which is confidential and will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

• Participants may be required to participate publicly without further consenter payment. Participant’s name and entry details provided may be used by Esthetics International Group Berhad in any media.

• Esthetics International Group Berhad reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the rules of the giveaway without prior notice.

• Esthetics International Group Berhad retains all proprietary rights to the intellectual property contained within the Giveaway and owns the copyright to all content within.

• Participants’ personal details collected by Esthetics International Group Berhad will be kept private and confidential.
